Frequently asked questions
When will I receive the book?
The book is released on 30 June 2026. Orders ship within 3–5 business days after that.
How is it delivered?
We deliver via Econt — to an office or to an address of your choice.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch you'll receive an email with a waybill number and a tracking link.
What payment methods do you accept?
Debit or credit card via Stripe — secure and encrypted. Your card details never reach us.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at iva.lazarova.draws@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help before the parcel ships.
Are the copies really signed?
Yes — each of the 100 copies is numbered and signed personally by Iva, with a personal note of your choice.
What is the returns policy?
See the Terms of Service. Note that signed, personalised copies may be exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
