Terms of Service

These terms govern the purchase of the novel “To the Last Breath” through ivalazarova.com. By placing an order you accept the terms below.

Seller

The seller is Iva Lazarova — an author acting as a private individual, based in Bulgaria. Contact: iva.lazarova.draws@gmail.com.

Subject

The subject of sale is a pre-order of the limited signed edition of “To the Last Breath” (a print run of 100 numbered copies).

Each copy includes: the book, a handwritten autograph, a personal note, a card, a bookmark and stickers from the world of Son.

Price and currency

The price of the edition is €13.90 (euros) and is final. Delivery is charged separately at Econt's rate, unless free delivery is explicitly announced.

Ordering and payment

An order becomes binding after successful payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe via card. After payment you receive an email confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by Econt — to an office or address of your choice — within 3–5 business days after the book's release (30 June 2026).

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or by incomplete/incorrect delivery details.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU.

IMPORTANT: personalised copies (signed and inscribed to your individual request) may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act. Standard, non-personalised copies remain returnable.

Returns and refunds

To exercise your right of withdrawal, write to iva.lazarova.draws@gmail.com. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site accurate and current. We are not liable for indirect damages or for events beyond our control (force majeure).

Intellectual property

All content — text, title, cover, illustrations and design — is copyright of Iva Lazarova and may not be used without written permission.

Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.

You also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
